1960’s
| 1963. 12 | The department of architectural engineering was established. |
| 1964. 03 | The 1st freshmen of the architectural engineering enrolled. |
| 1968. 02 | The 1st graduation of the architectural engineering finished. |

1970’s
| 1977. 03 | The 1st alumni association of the architectural engineering convened |

| 1980. 03 | The fine art of architecture was combined |
| 1985. 03 | The name of major was changed to the Department of Construction Engineering of an engineering college. (the 1st fresmen of the department of the engineering of architecture of an construction college entered.) |

| 1996. 10 | Make an agreement (MOU) with an architecture college of the Michigan University (Ann Arbor) in USA. |
| 1998. 01 | The department of architecture recruits in constructional environment engineering and constructional. |
| 1999. 12 | Devised a developing plan of the department of architecture of an engineering college. |

2000’s
| 2003. 03 | Reorganized the school of architecture & Building Science.( Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of architecture engineering) |
| 2004. 10 | Selected as a department leader characterized in CAU university.(supported for 3 years) |
| 2004. 10 | observe the 40th anniversary of the opening |
| 2004. 10 | Carry out the agreement (MOU) with an architecture college of the Michigan University (Ann Arbor) in USA. (interchange student and short training course send-with scholarship) |
| 2007. 12 | Obtain the pro-certification of architectural engineering(for 4years) |
| 2008. 12 | Make a agreement (AOC) with the department of architectural city plan of Kansas university (Lawrence) . |
| 2009. 09 | The School of Architecture & Building Science of an construction college was merged in to our department. |
| 2009. 12 | Obtain the certification of architectural engineering(for 4 years) |
