She holds a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Architectural Studies from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master&#8217;s degree in Architectural Engineering from Seoul National University. In addition to her academic background, she has professional design experience at an architectural firm. Park has a strong passion for exploring the relationship between neighborhood environments and children&#8217;s daily activities. Her Ph.D. dissertation at Texas A&amp;M University, titled \u201cPlanning for Child-Friendly Communities: The Built and Natural Environments and Children\u2019s Mobility and Health,\u201d offers new empirical insights into the relationship between the environment and health outcomes for children and families.
